All memberships include a 7-day free trial period. After the trial period ends and billing begins, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Due to the digital nature of Shadow Of Sharks content, reports, and market intelligence materials, refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or previously delivered content.
