Cancellation policy

Shadow Of Sharks memberships may include recurring monthly subscription billing and optional promotional trial periods.

If a free trial is offered, billing will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund previous subscription charges.

Due to the digital nature of the Services and immediate access to proprietary content, subscription payments are non-refundable once billing has occurred.
